Four Star Plastics’ custom mattress bags are designed to help protect contents against grease, dirt, dust, liquids, and other outside elements during moving or storage. These bags are easy to customize, giving you the ideal bag for your specific application.

Our customized mattress bags can include vents on both sides to help remove excess air while packing. Vent holes can be customized to your needs. Side gussets help fit mattresses into the bag more easily.

Standard mattress bags provide 8” or 9” clearance; for pillowtop mattresses and other larger styles, we typically offer 12”, 15”, or 18” depth. We can produce layflat custom mattress bags up to 100” wide, and gusseted custom mattress bags up to 160” wide.

All our wholesale custom mattress bags are perforated for easy tear-off; they are wound on 3” cores, with 1” diameter core plugs, for quick dispensing.

Most of our custom mattress bags are manufactured from strong, LLDPE/LDPE (linear/low density polyethylene) materials, using 100% renewable energy. All our standard mattress bags feature a standard “medium slip” finish. No slip, low slip, medium slip, or high slip variations are available upon request.
